The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Hampden Park, and the food was generally good. The junior suite I shared with my sister was immaculate, comfortable, and made for a pleasant night before her wedding (the lovely surroundings were an added bonus!). However, the service during the wedding events left much to be desired; the wedding package promised certain amenities that did not materialize, and communication from staff regarding the logistics was lacking. I truly appreciated the hotel's beautiful ambiance and food, but the staff responsiveness and planning fell short of expectations.
